Calculating Your Price
The first step, is to figure out how many SQ. your property is. As an example if your property is a total of 19,000 sq.ft. then you divide the sq.ft by 1000. 19,000 / 1000 = 19. The number 19 would be the amount of SQ of property you have. 1,000 sq.ft = 1 SQ of property. Use the chart below to match up your property to a price.

WE DO NOT:
Use contracts- If you're not happy you can cancel anytime.
Provide bi-weekly services- If the grass doesn't grow we will skip it.
Bag the grass clippings- Clippings are good for the grass.
Work in dogshit- If the yard is covered in dog-pies we will not cut it.
What's Included?
Each time we service your property the lawn will get "double cut" or cut twice each time we're out. The parameter around the house, beds, trees, and other obstacles get trimmed evenly. The edging will get trimmed or cut-in each week as needed, then everything gets blown clean including any clumping in the lawn or grass that may get in the flower beds on accident. We use 3 point turns with our machines so we don't tear the grass, and we take our time to make sure the property looks great every week.
